Activity

We will teach you how to make an authentic okonomiyaki with otafuku-sauce!

You can learn making tips for perfect okonomikiyaki! *English available.

Hiroshima beef steaks, Hiroshima oysters, Muslim and vegetarian options are also available!

Schedule

  • Arrival and reception.

    Please come to the store according to your reservation time to register. (At least 10 minutes before if possible)
    After washing your hands, you will be asked to put on the apron that we have prepared.

  • Explain the content.

    Staff will give you a simple explanation.

  • Start cooking (About 30 to 40 minutes)

    You will learn how to make okonomiyaki.

  • Tasting (About 45 minutes)

    You will have okonomiyaki on a hot griddle. (You can also taste it on a plate.)
    After making your own okonomiyaki, steaks and one drink will be served.
