At the Kawaguchiko Museum of Art, there will be a special exhibition of precious Hokusai Katsushika ukiyo-e prints just for this tour.
The Kawaguchiko Museum of Art will be exhibiting two original ukiyo-e prints from Hokusai Katsushika's "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji," which is also popular among international tourists, just for this tour.
There are few art museums in Japan where you can see ukiyo-e, so this is a rare opportunity to see the "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji" in Kawaguchiko Town, at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
A curator from the museum will guide you through the paintings. After viewing the paintings, enjoy breakfast with bread made by the chef of the French restaurant while taking in the spectacular view of Lake Kawaguchi.
Private breakfast and special guided tour at Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa Memorial Park, a place associated with the Emperor
Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa Memorial Park was Emperor Taisho's retreat and still has ties to the Imperial family today.
Here, before the park opens, you can enjoy breakfast inside the Imperial Villa, where meals are not normally served.
While taking in the beautiful natural scenery, you will be served a Japanese breakfast made with local ingredients from a prestigious Nikko hotel.
In addition, a special private tour will take you into rooms in the Imperial Villa that are not normally open to the public.
This will be an opportunity to get a glimpse of the architectural style of the time and experience Japanese imperial culture.
Experience Zen meditation at the World Heritage Site of Rinno-ji Temple and take part in a private tour not usually open to the public
At the World Heritage Site of Rinno-ji Temple, which can be said to be the central figure in the history of Nikko, you will receive a lecture directly from a monk and experience Zazen meditation.
Rinno-ji Temple does not normally accept individual guests for Zazen, but on this tour, a Zazen experience will be offered exclusively for guests. Additionally, on the private tour, a temple attendant well-versed in the history of Rinno-ji Taiyu-in (the Mausoleum of Iemitsu) will guide you through the temple, sharing stories about the Shogun and the Tokugawa family, as well as the origins of Taiyu-in.
At the end of the tour, you will be given a special tour through the hanging scrolls, which are closed to the public and contain the thoughts of the Tokugawa family and the secrets of Japanese temple culture.
Enjoy a relaxing morning at Fukuroda Falls. Private admission to Fukuroda Falls and tea ceremony experience.
Fukuroda Falls, one of Japan's three most famous waterfalls, has long been loved by many poets, including the Heian period poetic monk Saigyo (born in 1118).
You can enjoy special admission to this place, where you can see the breathtaking views that moved the poets' hearts, before the morning opening hours.
While feeling the negative ions, a local tea master will brew and serve the tea to you on the spot. Enjoy the difference in the taste of the first, second, and third brews.
Enjoy a refreshing time surrounded by nature while savoring some local sweets.
