[Notes]
• Lunch is not included on either day. On the first day, the guide will suggest a place to have lunch if you wish. On the second day, afternoon tea will start around 2:00 PM, so please have a light meal while viewing the peach festival.
• When wearing a kimono, please be sure to wear your own undergarments (with a wide neckline)
• Hair and makeup are not included, so those with long hair should tie their hair up in advance.
• The accommodation at Hotel Sansui will provide single or twin rooms. We will prepare rooms according to the number of people applying as shown below.

• The Peach Flower Afternoon Tea uses 8 ingredients that may contain these 8 specified ingredients—shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts. Among these, the allergens present in this menu are shrimp, wheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts.
• Breakfast at Hotel Sansui is a half-buffet, so if you have any allergies please check the labels on the food before eating.

[Cancellation Policy]
• The event may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, WAmazing Play's customer support or the organizer will contact you at the emergency contact provided. Please make sure to check your email and phone for updates on the day of the event. (Notifications are typically sent after 3:00 PM, one day before the event.)

• Japanese only, but staff are accustomed to supporting visitors from abroad
• English and traditional Chinese language materials are available only for the menu and original walking map of the Peach Blossom Afternoon Tea

[Parking Availability]
• Parking is available (free). Please use the parking spaces at Sakacho, or the parking areas at Chuo-cho Square and the Koga Museum of Literature.
• If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby paid parking lot.
