Please read the following before purchasing and picking up items.

An active internet connection is required to make the payment. Please prepare the environment by yourself.

The person who made the order must come to the pickup location in person to complete the transaction.

Please make sure to confirm the location, date and time.

The person who made the order must bring their passport (must be e-Passport) with a valid landing permit seal affixed to the passport.

The face of the person who made the order will be photographed. The image taken will be used only for the purpose of confirming the identity of the passport holder, and will be deleted immediately after confirmation.

Please log in to our service with the account of the person who made the reservation and make the payment. Please note that you cannot make payments using a different account than the one you have reserved.

If you do not comply with any of the above, you will not be able to complete the procedure.

Cancellation Policy

Before shipping: No cancellation fee will be charged.

After shipping: 100% of the reservation fee (equivalent to 20% of the product price, including tax)

No cancellation, Item not delivered: 100% of the reservation fee (equivalent to 20% of the product price, including tax)

In the event of the above cancellation by the customer, the reservation fee paid at the time of reservation will also apply.

In order to reduce congestion at the time of purchase and pickup, we ask that the person making the reservation come in person to complete the procedure.
