PRESS BUTTER SAND, a two-layered butter cookie, has garnered popularity since its creation. Baked using the traditional Japanese confectionery method known as Hasami-yaki, the cookies undergo a process that eliminates excess oil, resulting in an ideal combination of texture and flavor. The ingredients are simple, featuring a luscious buttercream with the authentic essence of butter, paired with a velvety butter caramel nestled between layers of crisp cookies, resulting in a delightful two-layered confection. The packaging combines a functional and industrial gray with a vibrant orange reminiscent of molten iron, adopting colors that evoke passion within tranquility.
