PRESS BUTTER SAND, a two-layered butter cookie, has garnered popularity since its creation. Baked using the traditional Japanese confectionery method known as Hasami-yaki, the cookies undergo a process that eliminates excess oil, resulting in an ideal combination of texture and flavor. The ingredients are simple, featuring a luscious buttercream with the authentic essence of butter, paired with a velvety butter caramel nestled between layers of crisp cookies, resulting in a delightful two-layered confection. The packaging combines a functional and industrial gray with a vibrant orange reminiscent of molten iron, adopting colors that evoke passion within tranquility. Orders will only be taken from those who intend to pick up from New Chitose Airport, JR Narita Airport Station, or JR Narita Terminal 2 Station. If you receive a defective product, we typically initiate a refund upon receiving the returned item. Please contact the above contact information within ten days of receiving the product. Please note that issues cannot be classified as initial defects if more than 11 days have passed since you received the product.
If we are unable to verify any issues or defects with the product at our company, we may be unable to process a refund.
After receiving the product, if a defect is discovered on the 11th day or later and you contact us, we will handle it as a "repair." We offer free repair services through our "send-back repair" program (*Note) if the item is within the warranty period.
If no issues or defects are found by our company, we cannot proceed with any further actions.
