Located in halfway up the ever-so-poplar Ikaho's "Ishidan gai" (stone steps) having nostalgic building features from Taisho period (1912–26). Kinsen (gold water) "kakenagashi" (supplied with water directly from a fountainhead without any control) hot-spring is available in a big common bath and 3 private baths promising full relaxation in your body and soul.

Kishigon ryokan was established in 1576 and is located on the upper part of Ishidan-gai, the long stone steps in the middle of Ikaho Onsen hot spring resort. It has a total of ten baths with an abundant supply of hot water from the kogane-no-yu hot spring, renowned for its medicinal qualities. Open-air baths and reservable baths are available, as well.
