Hanashinsui Ryokan was reopened on July 18th, 2015, after renovation. The creative meals at the inn, a collaboration of Japanese and French cuisines, are popular. Breakfast features many rural Japanese dishes, such as rice cooked in an iron pot, saury in a hot pot with a soy sauce broth, and sun-dried pickled plums. The inn itself it a pure Japanese-style ryokan standing on a quiet hill.
