Tokushima Prefecture is home to Iya Valley, one of Japan's top 3 secluded places. There has been an increase in visitors as well as international tourists wanting to see one of Japan's untouched landscapes here. Head to Kazura Bridge, one of the most unique bridges in Japan. Said by people to be "terrifying" but with "breathtaking views", it is an incredible place for visitors, particularly during the Fall season. The superb views of Oboke Gorge is also a popular place to visit. For food, famous dishes to try are Tokushima ramen, with its rich broth topped with an egg; or Naruchuru-udon with its refreshing soup and scraggly noodles.
