The hotel's concept features flowers and lights, and provides a fantastic atmosphere throughout the building. Our Kaiseki cuisine dinner is colorful and beautifully presented for your eyes and is typical local style cuisine made by our head chef who is also the owner. We only serve cooked food one after another. Please enjoy the Taruzake (a cask-sake) and the fantastic flower lights floating on the water in our free-flowing Hinoki (Japanese cypress) open-air bath.
