Seasonal fish is carefully chosen, purchased, and served
Our chefs carefully select seasonal fish and prepare a wide variety of natural white fish from all over Japan.
We also purchase natural tuna from Yamayuki, the largest tuna wholesaler in the Tsukiji market. Like Oma and Toi, we are particular about "place of origin" and "deliciousness."
A wide variety of alcohol, shochu, and sake. Enjoy famous sake brands.
We always have more than 30 varieties of sake and 20 varieties of shochu available, including seasonal and standard items such as Dassai, Kokuryu, and the ever-popular Shichida and Sharaku. Additionally, we provide carefully chosen wines from our sister restaurant's sommelier.
