"YAKINIKU" is representative of Japanese food culture, and the restaurant offers a new and unprecedented way of serving it by offering a course featuring different kinds of meat with a variety of sauces. The course includes mainly Wagyu beef and other carefully selected meats (pork, chicken).
You can change to a higher grade course by selecting the option
The number of dishes will not change, but you will be able to enjoy a luxurious course centered on specially selected A5-ranked Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef, as well as a collaboration menu that combines premium sea urchin and salmon roe with beef.

Notes
Starting with Wagyu beef, we prepare 13 kinds of meat (beef, pork, chicken, and "Horumon" innards) carefully selected one by one. Each meat is carefully grilled by the staff in front of you one by one and served with sauce suitable for each meat.
If there are any foods you feel uncomfortable eating (such as innards), we will offer you an alternative.
*Since this is a meat-only course, you will have to order separately if you want different types of dishes.
