1. After completing a reservation, a reservation confirmation email including a voucher will be sent to the email address provided. Please show the QR code for ticket exchange when you visit the facility.
2. Entry is allowed only once and re-entry is not allowed.
3. Cancellation policy:
*No changes, cancellations or refunds can be made to reservations.
4. Although the reception time is shown as 00:00, tickets can be used at any time during the opening hours of the park.
Q. Can you change the day of use?
A. The Studio Pass cannot be canceled or modified.
You are required to arrive on one of the specified dates corresponding to the pass type you purchased (A for weekdays, B for holidays, eve of holidays, C for peak seasons, or D for premium peak seasons) within the validity period of the voucher.

Q. Does the Studio Pass include admission to Super Nintendo World™?
A. No, it does not.
To enter Super Nintendo World™, you will need a Confirmed Area Entry Ticket (reservation required), an Area Entry Numbered Ticket (free of charge) or an Area Entry Lottery Ticket (free of charge).
[Attention] Area Entrance Numbered Tickets may be distributed at an earlier time depending on conditions on the day of your visit.
In some cases, you may be able to enter without an area admission ticket, area admission numbered ticket, or area admission lottery ticket.
Or you can download the official Universal Studios Japan app (iOS/Android) in advance.
Q. I would like to book a Studio Pass for in 3 months, but the price is not shown.
A. The Studio Pass can only be reserved up to two months in advance.
For example, if it is April 1, you can reserve a pass for up to June 1.
Q. When I tried to register the QR code for admission (before entering) into the app, I got a message saying that it is not a valid admission ticket. What should I do?
A. Because of the processing time required in the system, the QR code can only be registered in the app starting from the day following the purchase.
Q. When I tried to register the QR code for admission (after admission) into the app, I got a message saying that it is not a valid admission ticket. What should I do?
A. Please update the Universal Studios Japan Official App to the latest version or re-download it.
If this does not work, please pick up an area entry numbered ticket (or area entry lottery ticket) at a paper ticket booth in the park.
