At Tatenokawa Sake Brewery, you can enjoy tasting the differences in flavor by comparing and drinking six recommended types of Japanese sake on the spot.

Explore the pairing of Japanese sake with traditional Japanese appetizers, with an emphasis on authentic Japanese flavors.

We have prepared ingredients that enhance the taste of Japanese sake, allowing you to enjoy Japanese sake from various perspectives.

As a souvenir, we present one recommended bottle of Japanese sake (300ml) from Tatenokawa Sake Brewery and a drinking vessel.

You can continue to explore new combinations of flavors even after returning home.

Schedule

  • Reception: Shibuya Mark City B1F, Shibuya Tokyu Food Show(TOMIZAWA SHOUTEN COMMUNITY SPACE)

    Registration will begin 10 minutes prior to the event. Please present the reservation screen of My Page at the reception desk.

  • Sake lecture by the brewery

    We will provide various information about sake in English, including its history, production methods, types, how to enjoy it, and points to consider when taking it overseas.

  • Tasting of Japanese sake & appetizers

    Tatenokawa Sake Brewery selects six types of Japanese sake for tasting. We will also provide information on how to enjoy each type and recommend drinking vessels.

  • Gift of Japanese sake and drinking vessel

    [Tatenokawa Sake Brewery] Receive the bamboo drinking vessel used for the tasting as a gift and Japanese sake from!

  • Sake sales

    After the event, you can purchase the products you found interesting through lectures and tastings at the Shibuya Tokyu Food Show's liquor section!

Even the same sake can be quite different depending on the rice, yeast, and sake content.
