Activity

(1) Learn about Japanese fermented foods through traditional home-cooked dishes

A professional instructor in Japanese cuisine and preventive medicine will provide tips on making the dish delicious, so you can prepare it at home repeatedly. There are 3 options to select from.

(2) Delicious and healthy fermented seasonings

We use only carefully selected, additive-free, naturally fermented seasonings from over 100 suppliers we visited around Japan. By simply switching to high-quality seasonings, the deliciousness will significantly increase, and your dishes will become healthier.

(3) Authentic cooking classes where over 100 Japanese guests have learned to cook

This course isn't designed for travelers looking to learn cooking; instead, it delves into the traditional dishes commonly enjoyed by the Japanese, the utilization of distinct Japanese fermented ingredients, and explores the reasons behind Japanese cuisine's reputation for being healthy.

(4) Quickly prepare Japanese meals! Discover the versatility of soy sauce!

These testimonials are from real customers. In some cases, we managed to prepare four dishes in just 40 minutes depending on the group. You can learn how to use dark or light soy sauce, and understand the disparities between machine-made and traditional manufacturing techniques.

(5) We also cater to vegans, vegetarians, and anybody with dietary concerns!

We will cater to a variety of dietary requirements without compromising on taste. *If you are a vegan, vegetarian, or allergic to any ingredients, please let us know when making a reservation.
