[Weekend & Holidays] You can relax even if it's your first time ballooning! A hot air balloon experience from set up to flight

[Children's participation]
・Children who cannot stand on their own or are carried on board can participate free of charge.


[Weather Conditions/Cancellations]
- To ensure a safety-first experience, no flights are permitted in rain, snow or strong winds (wind speeds of 3 m/s or more).
- We will contact you with an estimated decision based on the weather map two to three days in advance.
- The organizing company (Winning Balloon Club) will inform you of the final decision the day before.
- Flights may be cancelled on the day of the flight due to sudeen strong winds or other safety considerations. In such cases, transportation costs to the location cannot be reimbursed.

[Meeting Time]
- Meeting times are approximate. The morning session will meet 30 minutes before sunrise and the evening session will meet 2 hours before sunset.
- The specific meeting time will be communicated to the participants from the organizing company after booking.

[Participation]
- Before boarding the hot air balloon, please note you will be asked to sign a pledge(in Japanese or English).
- If you are under 20 years of age, parental consent is required. We will ask for your parent or guardian's consent to agree to the pledge when we contact you for the meeting time.
- Under-13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Wheelchair users are welcome to attend. Due to the use of special gondolas, please let us know the number of wheelchair users when booking.
- Cancellation without notice is non-refundable.
- The tour lasts approximately 3 hours, and it is not possible to go to the toilet on the way. Please go beforehand and arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- Free parking is available. (Reservations not required)

[Health Conditions]
For the safety of all participants, the event is not open to persons who fall into any of the following categories. In addition, a medical certificate may be required depending on health and age.
- People with high blood pressure; people with heart, spinal or neck conditions; people with epilepsy or hyperventilation; people with conditions that may be aggravated by participation; people taking medication
- People who have drank alcoholic beverages right before the tour
- People who are pregnant, or might be pregnant
- Those whose participation is deemed unsafe by the organizers on the day of participation

[Clothing]
- On the day of the flight, please avoid skirts, sandals, heels, revealing clothing, and anything that could get dirty. The flight site is in a weedy area and your clothes may get dirty from morning dew and mud. Please wear clothes that can get dirty as soot may fly from the burner.
​- Autumn/Winter：Please wear warm clothing, as early morning temperatures can drop below freezing.
​- Spring/Summer：Short sleeves and shorts are allowed, but be careful of sunburn and insect bites.
- If you forget your work gloves, you can buy them at JPY300 per pair. If you don't have them, you can apply for them as an option when booking.
