[Weekends & Holidays] Hot Air Balloon Untethered Flight Experience for a Romantic Early Morning Ride

【Weather Conditions/Cancellations】
- To ensure safety first, flights will not be conducted during rain, snow, or strong winds (wind speeds of 3 m/s or higher).
- We will make an approximate decision based on the weather map two to three days in advance and notify you.
- The organizer (Winning Balloon Club) will contact you the day before to inform you of the final decision.
- Please note that flights may be cancelled due to strong winds or other safety considerations at the airstrip on the day of the flight. In such cases, we cannot guarantee travel and transportation expenses.

[About Reception Start Time]
- The start time for registration is an estimate. For the morning session, please arrive 30 minutes before sunrise, and for the evening session, please arrive 2 hours before sunset.
- The specific time of the day will be communicated by the organizer after the reservation is made.

[Terms of Participation]
- If you are under 20 years of age, parental consent is required. We will ask you to agree to the pledge when contacting you about the meeting time.
- Those under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Wheelchair users are also welcome. Please let us know the number of people attending at the time of reservation, as a special gondola will be used.
- Cancellation without notice is non-refundable.
- The experience lasts about 3 hours, and you will not be able to go to the restroom during the tour. Please finish in advance and come with plenty of time to spare.
- Free parking available (no reservation required)

[Cancellation and changes]
- If you wish to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation charges will apply

At the time of booking - on the day of booking：100% of the booking price
Cancellation without notice: 100% of the booking price

■Special reasons for exemption from cancellation fees
- If canceled due to weather on the day
- If the rail or air services scheduled to be used on the same day or the day before are subject to a cancellation fee waiver (no charge) due to a natural disaster.
- If you are physically unable to reach the site due to a blockage of the motorway/main national road you plan to use on the day of the visit or the day before.
- If the experience is rescheduled due to the guest's fever or illness

[Health Conditions]
For the safety of all participants, we do not allow those who fall under any of the following categories to participate in this event. In addition, a medical certificate may be required depending on health and age.
- People with high blood pressure, people with heart, spine, or neck disease, people with epilepsy, people with symptoms of hyperventilation, people with symptoms that may be aggravated by participating, and people on medications.
- People who have been drinking.
- Pregnant or possibly pregnant women
- Those whose safety is deemed unsafe by the organizer on the day of participation.

[Clothing]
- On the day of the flight, please avoid skirts, sandals, heels, revealing clothing, and anything that could get dirty. The flight site is in a weedy area, so it may get dirty from morning dew or mud. Also, soot may fly from the burner, so please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
​- Autumn/Winter: Please be sure to keep warm as the temperature drops below freezing in the early morning.
​- Spring/Summer: Short sleeves and short pants are fine, but please be careful of sunburn and insect bites.
- If you forget your working gloves, we will sell them to you (300 yen per glove). If you do not have working gloves, you can apply for them as an option when making the reservation.
