Located at a high altitude in the Shiga Kogen Plateau, a mountain range of 2,000-meter peaks. Visitors can enjoy nature in all four seasons, including hiking, summer retreats, autumn foliage, and winter sports. Natural hot spring water from the Kumanoyu Hotaru Onsen is used for bathing. Enjoy the spacious bathtub and free-flowing hot spring water. A short walk from Hotaru Onsen bus stop by Nagano Dentetsu bus from Yudanaka Station.
