Irori Kensan Yaki (Hearth-grilled Miso Rice-ball), a regional specialty cuisine where guests broil fresh local meats and vegetables as well as miso-marinaded rice balls over the charcoal fire. Kaiseki full-course dinner using seasonal ingredients is also available.
