    The main dish is kaiseki, which incorporates the freshest ingredients in season. This month’s kaiseki menu 7,000JPY (Course with no appetizers is JPY5,800)
    Alcohol selection is aplenty with exclusive shochu from Sahoro Shuzo and sake from breweries all around Hokkaido Prefecture. There’s no lack of finger foods and bites either, to satisfy those light hunger pains. Everyone is welcome - from families to liquor connoisseurs.
