Snow Country Gastronomy provides a glimpse of the traditional cuisine in Japan's snow country. It provides seasonal, slow-cooked meat and seafood dishes handcrafted by artisans.

Guests can see people prepare meals on the earthen floor, roast seasonal foods in the sunken hearth, and make preserves. Additionally, guests can take part in paid activities including tours of edible wild plants and mushrooms and workshops on the local cuisine. The beautiful public bath is constructed in a one-story storehouse design using wood. The hot spring is gentle on the skin. Pick-up service is available from Echigo Yuzawa Station (Only available through reservations via WAmazing)
