How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 3-Day Lift Pass, one rental ticket
- When exchanging your lift pass, you will also receive a paper rental ticket.
- When exchanging your rental items, please present your rental exchange ticket at the reception desk located in the rental corner of Castor Plaza.
- Tickets are valid only on the day of exchange.
- Rental items can be used for three consecutive days. After picking them up on the first day, please manage them yourself and return them on the final day. (Operating hours: 8:00am-4:15pm)

Notes
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- We issue IC cards with no security deposit required.
- Please cooperate with us in recycling used lift passes (IC cards). (Return location: Recycle Boxes in Castor Plaza *Placed in multiple locations in Castor Plaza)
- Items like goggles, gloves, hats etc. are not included. They are available to purchase at the shop on-site.
- Customers are responsible for managing their rental items during the rental period.
- Paid services such as ski racks, coin lockers, or storage at the rental shop (JPY 500) are also available.

- When exchanging your lift pass, you will receive a Snow Friends Park admission ticket (wristband).
- When entering Snow Friends Park at Shirayukidaira, please present your wristband to the staff at the park entrance.
- Tickets are valid only on the day of exchange.

Notes
- This ticket is valid for one round-trip on Quad Lift No. 2 only; other lifts are not included.
- At Shirayukidaira, you can get around on skis or a snowboard. Walking is also possible within the area, but please take care when doing so.
- Walking onto the course from Shirayukidaira without ski equipment is prohibited. When returning to the mountain base, be sure to use the down lane of Quad Lift No. 2.
- Skis and snowboards cannot be rented at Shirayukidaira. Please rent it in advance at the center house.
- If you have a one-day lift pass for Sanosaka, admission to Snow Friends Park is free.
