Terms of Use:
• Once purchased, this pass cannot be canceled or refunded for any personal reasons.
• The pass is non-transferable.
• The pass is valid for the 2025-2026 season. *Note that cancellations or refunds will not be provided if the operating period, hours of operation, or lift operation times are changed or partially canceled due to snow conditions (e.g., insufficient snowfall).
• Towards the end of the season, the skiable area may be limited to either Yokoteyama or Shibu-toge Ski Area, or certain courses may be restricted.
• The pass is valid for the named individual only.
• Only the named individual can exchange the pass. Group exchanges are not permitted.
• Lost or damaged passes will not be reissued.
• The pass may be confiscated if the holder engages in dangerous activities within the ski resort.
• Yokoteyama & Shibu-toge Ski Area feature natural terrain and ungroomed zones. Please ski safely according to your skill level and at your own risk.
• By purchasing this pass, you agree to these terms and conditions.
