Lesson fees do not include lift passes or rental equipment.
The school does not provide rental gear.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the lesson starts.
Please come to the meeting place fully equipped with rental equipment and ready to start the lesson.
If you are late for the meeting time, the lesson time will not be extended, rescheduled or refunded.
You cannot take skiing and snowboarding in the same lesson. If you wish to take both, please make separate reservations.
We recommend that children aged 5-10 attend classes separately from adults whenever possible.

• Please be sure to wear a ski helmet during lessons.

Insurance:
• The lesson fee includes the cost of insurance within Japan.
• However, as skiing and snowboarding are sports that involve the risk of injury, as a general rule, we ask that you take out your own international travel insurance.
• When doing so, please make sure that your insurance covers accidents and injuries related to skiing or snowboarding.

Product description

This is a 5-hour private lesson with a Chinese/English-speaking instructor. Up to 4 people can take the course with one instructor.
Please select your preferred language and time at the time of reservation.

Purchasing method

Please select your preferred language and lesson time in the "Customer Information" field after "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Purchase."
Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

Schedule

Lesson Time: 9:30am-3:30pm
Meeting Location: In front of the Uwanodai lift at Yamagata Zao Onsen Ski Resort
Landmark: Staff wearing Zao Onsen Ski Resort's official green bibs and armbands will be waiting for you.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
The meeting place may change depending on snow conditions (in front of the Chuo Onsen lift). In that case, the operator will contact you using your emergency contact details the day before.
If you are unable to meet up with your instructor or do not know the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.
Please note that if you are more than 60 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.
If you are late, the lesson time will be shortened by the amount of time you are delayed.
