Our driver will be waiting for you with a welcome board at your specified location within Tokyo's 23 wards. We will pick you up at the location you choose in Tokyo's 23 wards (Narita Airport is also an option for either pick-up or drop-off) [Note] Any additional time/distance will be subject to additional charges, which will be settled in the vehicle on the day of the service. - In the event of damage or vandalism to the operator's vehicle or other facilities during the use of this service, the customer shall be responsible for paying the cleaning and repair costs required by the operator.
- If the degree of damage or vandalism is significant enough that the vehicle is required to be sent back to the garage or another location due to business interruption (typical examples include, but are not limited to, vomiting in the vehicle), the customer shall pay the operator a business compensation fee.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside the vehicle. Please take your trash with you and board the vehicle with good manners so that the next user can enjoy a comfortable ride.
- Please refrain from bringing pets on board.
- If you wish to have optional insurance, please apply directly to the insurance company of your choice.
- The tour may be canceled after the reservation is made due to inclement weather or other reasons. In such cases, WAmazing Play's customer support will contact the emergency contact after 3:00 PM on the day before the tour.
- If the tour is canceled due to weather or other reasons on the day of the tour, the operator will contact the emergency contact.
