In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Consumers Who Use Transactional Digital Platforms (the "Transactional DPF Act"), WAmazing Shop (the "Service") discloses below an overview of the measures we take and the status of their implementation.
Each seller's page displays the seller's business name, address, telephone number, email address and other contact details. Even after a seller has left the Service, we keep its business information visible so that customers who placed orders in the past can still find the contact details. The contact details shown are verified by us when the seller opens its store. If you cannot reach a seller through the contact details shown, please contact our customer support below. We will try to reach the seller through other means of contact we hold, and if the displayed means of contact turns out not to be functioning, we will ask the seller to correct it.
Our customer support accepts reports from customers about the content displayed on product pages and elsewhere. When we receive a report, we investigate the circumstances and, where we consider it necessary, take steps to ensure the display is accurate, such as asking the seller to correct it.
When concluding a store agreement, we verify the seller's name, address and other details against public records, and we also confirm that the seller's contact details are reachable.
If you need to confirm a seller's information in order to exercise a claim for damages or another monetary claim against the seller in connection with a transaction on the Service (limited to claims exceeding JPY 10,000), you may request disclosure from us under Article 5 of the Transactional DPF Act.
