Aromatic ripened sweet potatoes are used in this product. The sweet aroma of fresh lychee is reminiscent of something never before tasted in potato shochu. This is a gem of a product born from techniques developed over 150 years since the company's founding. Submitted to the world's three major liquor competitions, it won the highest award in the Shochu category at the IWSC in 2019. In 2020, the company was awarded double gold by the ISC (International Spirits Challenge) Furthermore, in 2024, it won the Platinum Award in the sweet potato category at the French liquor competition Kura Master Authentic Shochu and Awamori Competition 2024.
