Red and white mochi zen-zai with large-grain Inaba no Nenami azuki beans made in Izumo, the birthplace of zen-zai, using Shimane Prefecture's mochi rice. By taking advantage of the deep flavor of the large-grain Inaba no Nenami, we have carefully finished it so that the grains do not break. Transfer the red and white mochi and zen-zai together into a dish, and by simply heating it in the microwave, you can enjoy the taste of Izumo Taisha Shrine.
