The dough is kneaded with dried indigo powder (green color) from Tokushima Prefecture and baked to perfection. (The blue color of the dough is achieved using gardenia extract.) The white chocolate filling uses Gorgonzola cheese. It has a moderate sweetness with a hint of saltiness that is loved by people of all ages. This luxurious product pairs well with Western spirits. The dynamic and unique package design takes inspiration from Edobei, a famous work by Sharaku recognized both in Japan and overseas. The individual cookie packaging is inspired by typical tie-dye patterns of aizome (indigo dyeing). It is recognized as one of Tokushima Prefecture's representative souvenirs.
