We have made a gift set of Warabimochi(bracken-starch jelly) with Uji Matcha, which is very popular. Warabimochi is mixed with stone-ground Uji Matcha, so you can enjoy the gentle sweetness and bittersweet taste of Matcha. The kinako (soybean flour), which is served separately, is also made with Uji Matcha, and sprinkled on top of the Warabimochi, you can enjoy the aroma of Matcha in your nose.
