・There is a possibility that the reservation may be canceled after the reservation is made due to the growing condition of strawberries or weather conditions. In such cases, the organizer will contact you by phone by 5:00 p.m. the day before the event.
・Please note that if you arrive on the wrong date, we will not be able to guide you through the farm.
・In case of cancelation due to illness on the day before or the day of the event, please contact the organizer directly at the telephone number listed in My Page's Reservation History ≫ Reservation Details ≫ Organizer.
・One child 0-2 years old is free for each adult. An infant fee will be charged for the second child. Please select this option at the time of reservation.
