As a rare island-based sake brewery, uncommon in Japan, we produce delicious sake.
You can enjoy tasting approximately 13 varieties of sake!
Please enjoy the carefully handcrafted sake made by the brewer.
Enjoy lunch or sweets made with ingredients from Shodoshima at a renovated café built 70 years ago!
The meals made with Shodoshima's ingredients and sake lees are exquisite! Indulge in the unique flavors of the region.

Tasting & Dining
Enjoy the long-awaited sake tasting and meal. (The brewer's meal is available from 11:00 AM, and you can choose between sake lees red bean paste-filled monaka (rice cake wafer) or ice cream to be enjoyed from 2:00 PM)

There are numerous stylish and cute Japanese sake bottles and goods lined up. Additionally, you will be captivated by the charming shops.
