Preparation for departure, change of clothes, instruction of precautions, and paddling training.
Departure.
Enjoy kayaking on the sea. Have lunch at an uninhabited beach or at a restaurant on the island. Take a walk around the island, or in summer, enjoy swimming in the sea.
Return.
Cleaning-up, change of clothes, dropping-off at a requested location.
Drop off at JR Onomichi Station, or at a requested dropping-off place on the Shimanami Kaido.
