Activity

Experience the traditional Japanese culture of Kumihimo.

You can easily experience Japanese traditional culture and try your hand at making traditional crafts yourself!

You can take home the charms and bracelets you made on the day!

Perfect as a memento of your trip or a souvenir

This is one of the few places in Japan to experience Kumihimo.

You can learn the traditional technique of weaving thin threads together!

Schedule

  • Meeting / Reception

    Please present the My Page reservation screen at reception.

  • Look at the samples and decide on a charm or bracelet. Select the weaving stand.

    Each weaving stand comes as a set with Kumihimo of various colors. You can choose the weaving stand with the color of your liking.

  • Kumihimo activity

    After the lecture, we will move the balls on the assembly table up and down and back and forth to weave the strings.

  • Make a charm or bracelet

    The assembled original charm or bracelet is now complete.

  • Finish

    Please relax with tea after the activity.
