[Returning bikes at the cycle terminal]
・You can return bicycles at a different bike terminal from the one at which they were rented in. In this case, a separate fee of JPY 600 per bike will be charged. Please decide where you would like to return your bicycle when you visit the store.
・There are 8 cycle terminals in Kyoto. We will provide you with a map on the day of your visit.

[About temporary baggage storage service]
・We will keep your baggage free of charge while you are using the rental bikes.
・We do not accept valuables, fragile items, perishables, or deliver luggage to accommodations.

[Notes]
・*Please refrain from making reservations if you are under 150cm tall.
・Parking bicycles on the street are prohibited, so please use the bicycle parking lot.
・If your bicycle is removed by Kyoto City, you will be required to pick it up at the storage site and will be charged a removal/storage fee of JPY 3,500. If you have no choice but to ask us to retrieve the bicycle, we will charge you an additional JPY 2,000 for the collection fee. To ensure the safety of public places, Kyoto City has designated almost all areas of the city as "Bicycle Removal Enforcement Zones" to prohibit the abandonment of bicycles, etc, and is enforcing the removal of bikes on a priority basis. Please do not park your bicycle illegally and use the nearest bicycle parking lot, even if it is only for a short time.
・If you cannot return your bikes by 6:00PM, it will be treated as an extension. Please contact us by phone (075-354-3636) by 6:00PM on the same day. By paying the one-day extension fee, you can return your bikes between 9:00AM-6:00PM the following day.
・If your bicycle is stolen, you will be charged the actual cost, but if you subscribe to our unique theft and damage reserve system, "Reliable Support," you will be compensated in the event of theft or damage with no deductible. The fee is JPY 300 per bicycle during the rental period. *Please note that theft and removal of illegally-parked bicycles and theft of unlocked bicycles are not covered by the warranty. *A police report and a written statement are required for coverage.
・If your bicycle has a flat tire, please call us at 075-354-3636. We will deliver a loaner bicycle and replace it free of charge. *If you continue to ride the bike without calling us after a flat tire occurs and the tube is damaged, you will be charged for tube replacement. *Emergency support service and free delivery are available only in Kyoto City.
・The tour may be cancelled after the reservation is made due to bad weather or other reasons. In such cases, the operator will contact the emergency contact the day before the tour.
