[Fukuoka] Segway tour around Uminonakamichi Seaside Park feeling the refreshing sea breeze

[Conditions of Participation]
1.Eligible ages range from 16 to 70 years old.
2.For experiences with minors only, we ask that a parent or guardian fill out a parental consent form in advance.
3.Each person weighs between 45kg and less than 118kg. (including clothing and luggage)
4.Please cooperate with the tour's safety operation and follow the tour guide's instructions.
5.Please check the following items and ensure that you are in good physical and mental health and will have no problems during the ride.
・Not under the influence of alcohol
・Not pregnant
・No difficulty walking.
・No disabilities that would interfere with riding the Segway.
・No pets or infants

[About the tour]
・The event will be held in light rain.
・The event may be canceled after the reservation has been made due to inclement weather conditions that may hinder safe travel. In such cases, WAmazing Play customer support will contact the emergency contact after 3:00 p.m. the day before the event.
・Please note that the tour may be canceled at short notice due to equipment, guides, or other circumstances.
・If the event is determined to be canceled in advance, the organizer (Segway Japan, Ltd.) will contact you at least one day in advance and provide a refund or reschedule the event.
・The final decision on the tour will be made by the local guide approximately 2 hours prior to the tour. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming call on the day of the tour. If the tour is canceled, no cancelation fee will be charged.

[Terms of Participation]
・Segways are single-seaters.
・Helmets must be worn during the tour. (Helmets are available for free on the day of the tour.)
・Please be sure to attend the training course conducted by the organizer.
・If the guide determines that safety cannot be ensured on the day of the tour, the passenger will be denied a ride.
・For safety reasons, no photos or videos may be taken during the ride. Except with permission.
・The orientation (overview and ride training session) will take approximately 30-60 minutes, and the tour will last approximately 90 minutes.
・Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes. Please plan your post-tour schedule well in advance.
※Minors must have a parent or guardian's signature. Please bring the participation agreement with you on the day of the event.

[Things to wear and bring during hot weather]
Please be sure to take precautions against the heat, ultraviolet rays, and heat stroke. (Wrap an ice pack around your neck, drink plenty of water, etc.)
Things to bring: drinks, towel, ice pack, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.

[Things to wear and bring during cold weather]
Please be sure to bring windproof warm clothes, gloves, scarves, etc., as the temperature will drop considerably.
Bring: windproof warm clothes, gloves, scarf, and heating pads (it is better to put it on your stomach and back to keep you warm).
