An opportunity to peek behind the scenes of Yaesen's factory, where the fragrance of rice and sake permeates the air.
You won't just watch the pros at work! You can try your hand at making your own awamori blend and awamori cocktail!
Sample some delicious awamori while you select a blend! You can experience blending and bottling your own one-of-a-kind awamori blend and make an easy-to-drink awamori cocktail that you can recreate at home.
Awamori tasting with local specialty snacks

Factory tour and a brief tasting
After the factory tour, two experiences will be offered at the bar counter: the original blend-making experience and the awamori cocktail experience. You will be able to enjoy a few drinks!

Moromi is made by fermenting rice koji, yeast, and water together.
You will participate in the important process of making Moromi, which is indispensable for making Awamori, and stir a large tank.
