Learn the process of making awamori from rice.
This is a special tour of the inside of Yaesen Shuzo awamori brewery, where the distinct aroma of rice and sake drifts through the air.
You won't just watch the pros at work! You can try your hand at making your own awamori blend and awamori cocktail!
Sample some delicious awamori while you select a blend! You can experience blending and bottling your own one-of-a-kind awamori blend and make an easy-to-drink awamori cocktail that you can recreate at home.
Awamori tasting with local specialty snacks
Carefully selected by the third generation sake master himself! Ishigaki local specialty snacks that go well with alcohol!
Includes a souvenir pottery piece designed to enhance the taste of awamori!

Moromi is made by fermenting rice koji, yeast, and water together.
You will participate in the important process of making Moromi, which is indispensable for making Awamori, and stir a large tank.
