  • 10:00AM- Visit Sanzen-in Temple with its beautiful moss garden

There are two gardens on the grounds of the temple. The view of Shuhekien Garden is excellent from the first reception hall you pass through, and you can admire the garden while enjoying match green tea and sweets on the terrace. The other garden, Yuseien Garden, has velvety, mystical moss, and Ojogokuraku-in Temple, located in the garden, also has a reputation for being absolutely beautiful.

Sanzen-in Temple is also popular during the autumn season. The bright maple leaves fall on the green moss every year from early to late November, creating a brilliant contrast of colors.
