11 pieces of seasonal nigiri

Enjoy superb nigiri made with seasonal fish and rice cooked in carefully extracted broth, as well as two types of omelets carefully grilled by artisans.

The finest rice with the finest ingredients.

Based on the belief that the rice determines the quality of the dish, this original cooking method is used to make the rice firm and crispy.
