A fantastic experience! The staff at both stations were wonderful and friendly. Someone immediately came to help me after I parked the car, and the same thing happened at Tateyama Station. I'm so grateful...
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The drop-off and pick-up locations were convenient and easy to find, and the paperwork was completed quickly. I would definitely use their services again next time and would highly recommend them.
Convenient and fast, friendly staff, simple and easy to understand operation, staff can also communicate in basic English, vehicles arrive on time, highly recommended for tourists visiting this area!
We originally booked to move our car at Ogisawa Station at 10:00 AM, but arrived an hour early to avoid traffic. Staff were already there with signs to guide us to park, and we went upstairs to confirm the details and arrival time. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Retrieving the car from Tateyama Station was also quick; we simply checked that the car was undamaged and left. The staff spoke English, so communication was easy. Highly recommended!
The staff were very friendly and explained things very clearly. Although we didn't speak the same language, there were instructions in Chinese. The staff were already waiting in the parking lot before our appointment time, so we didn't have to worry about having to find staff or the counter when we were in a hurry. Thank you for such service; it made our trip much smoother, more convenient, and perfect! 😍

On the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, private vehicles cannot pass between Ogizawa Station (Nagano Prefecture) and Tateyama Station (Toyama Prefecture).
While you are sightseeing and passing through the Alpine Route, we will transport your car safely and securely using general roads (approximately 200km).
After the time required to transport your car (usually 5 hours), you can pick it up at your destination at any time within Alpine Route's operating hours.

• Vehicles without a valid inspection certificate are not allowed on public roads. When renting a car, make sure the certificate is present inside the vehicle. A copy of the certificate is required when dropping off the car.
・ The Alpine Route is scheduled to be open from mid-April to late November, depending on snow conditions.
(For the latest information, please check the official Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route website.) Additionally, the final confirmation on whether it will be operational will be made around April 10.
・ For use in November, please select a reception time of 8:00 AM or later (as the on-site counter operates from 8:00 AM).
・The time you select for your reservation time (reception time) is the scheduled time to drop off your car at the departure point, the Ogizawa Visitor Information Center.
・For left-hand drive cars, please select an option before making a reservation.
・If you are staying overnight or climbing a mountain, you can pick it up the next day or later. (no extra charge)
・During traffic, the guide may lead you to the temporary parking lot, but if you tell them that you will use the car transport service, you can go to the Ogizawa Visitor Information Center.
・It usually takes about 5 hours to transport the car, but it may take 5 to 6 hours during the busy season. We kindly ask for your understanding.
