Activity

Barasu Island, an island of "miracles"

The small island known as Barasu Island is made of coral white sand, or barasu. It is often referred to as the "Miracle Island" since it is only accessible during low tide, or when the tide is out. It is used as a filming location for music videos and is known as a fashionable spot.

Snorkeling experience

The sea around Baras Island is breathtakingly blue and transparent! Take a swim in the pristine water and see the colorful fish and corals. You might even be fortunate enough to spot sea turtles.

Even beginners are welcome!

Many of the participants are beginners. Safety equipment will be used and guides will provide solid support!

  • We will pick you up at Uehara Port or at your accommodation in the Uehara area.

-Prescription snorkel masks are available. If you wish to use it, please apply for it as an option.
-Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The day before the tour, the store will contact you with the meeting place and time. If you do not hear from the store by the evening of the day before, please call 0980-85-7240 (ADVENTURE PiPi, Iriomotejima).
-The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we deem the field to be unsafe.
-Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before the tour.
-Please use the restroom before coming to the tour. (There are no restrooms near the tour site.)
-We do not accept participants who have been drinking.
-Please contact us in advance if you will be late.
-For maximum safety, we require all guests to wear life jackets on all of our tours. Please do not remove your life jacket during the tour.
