Activity

Lots of plants and creatures to be found in the mangrove forest.

Mangrove kayaking is not only full of subtropical vegetation near the mouth of the river, it is also a resting place for creatures and a great way to see nature up close and personal.

Four tours are conducted every day.

The tour starts at 9:00 am with 4 tours each day(9:00 AM、11:00 AM、1:00 PM、3:00 PM). Each course is about 2 hours long, so you can enjoy kayaking in the mangrove forest in a short time.

Hija River also has good access to tourist attractions.

Kadena Town is located in the middle of the main island, so it's easy to enjoy its easy accessibility while taking in the sights.

Schedule

  • Gather at the shop, complete registration, change clothes

    Meet at the shop to register and change your clothes.
    Please present the My Page reservation screen at the reception.

  • Explanation of and practice using the kayaks.

    Our guide will explain how to paddle and what creatures you can see.

  • Begin the kayak tour!

    Enjoy your kayaking adventure while listening to your guide's explanations of the mangrove trees and its tiny creatures!

  • End the tour!

    After the tour, you can change into different clothes at the shop. Then, enjoy the rest of your day.
