For departure times from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and after 2:30 PM, the Toyosu Gururi Park Pier will not be available, so a separate meeting place will need decided.

・It is dangerous to wear high heels or leather-soled shoes on the boat, so please wear clothes/shoes that allow you to move easily.
・There is always some wind and it may feel cold at times, so please bring warm clothing.
・If it is determined that departure is not possible due to bad weather, there will be no fee for same-day cancellations.

Due to bad weather or natural disasters, the tour may be canceled after the reservation is made. In that case, WAmazing Play customer support will contact you via email after 2:00 PM the day before.
If the event is canceled due to weather or other reasons on the day, the organizer will contact you directly via email, so please be sure to check your email on the day.

[Departure cancellation criteria]
We are making decisions based on the suspension of sailings at Tokyo Yumenoshima Marina.
Also, when it comes to normal weather forecasts, we first look at the wind forecast and make a decision.
Generally speaking, you can sail if it rains, but even if it's sunny, you may not be able to sail due to strong winds.
Finally, we check strong wind advisories, surf advisories, and lightning advisories and make decisions that prioritize the safety of our customers.
