Activity

Tour a sake brewery that has been in business since 1702 and listen to precious stories from the brewers.

You will hear about the brewer's thoughts on sake brewing, the traditions they have preserved from the past to the present, and the pride they feel about their evolution and development. They will also explain how their brewery differs from other breweries in an easy-to-understand manner.

Tasting of fine sake with Japan's first namazake server and glasses specially designed for Junmai sake

You can enjoy unpasteurized sake packed in a special container that allows you to enjoy every last drop of freshly squeezed sake without pasteurization, something you won't find anywhere else. You will surely be surprised by its fresh flavor.

Tasting of the signature aged sake

You can taste a variety of excellent sake that has been aged in the brewery, served in a special Junmai sake glass. Its taste, different from the unpasteurized sake, will surely leave you surprised once again.

Tasting of umeshu (plum wine) made with sake

A refreshing and tasty plum wine made using carefully processed plums dipped in the brewery's signature sake and aged at -5°C. The low sugar content allows you to enjoy plum wine guilt-free.
