A local guide knowledgeable about the history, culture, and natural beauty of Miura will accompany you to enhance your tour experience. We will also show you how to use the equipment. This is a new activity tour in Miura that offers a unique Chari-Pic activity tailored to the interests and physical strength of the participants.

Explore the beauty of nature

As you bike along the beautiful coastline of the Miura Peninsula, feel free to stop at any scenery or spot that catches your attention. The speed of a bicycle allows you to take your time while savoring your surroundings, allowing you to experience nature and local culture more deeply.

A picnic in front of a stunning views is the best

Boil milk on a "Chari Pic Set" stove, drink a latte made by grinding coffee beans, and eat hot sandwiches with Miura's fresh vegetables and ham. Since the menu can be freely arranged, you can enjoy it to your liking.

Cooking in the outdoors is also available with the optional Chari-Pic set!

An outdoor cooking kit using dry processed Miura vegetables can be added as an option. If you find a nice view, why not spread out a picnic blanket and have a picnic?

[Course Content]
① Chari-Pic West Route: Easy course with gentle downhill
You can enjoy Koajiro Forest, Misaki Port, and Shirahige Shrine, which is said to be the only natural environment in the Kanto region where the forest, tidal flats, and sea are left connected. The course has many downhill slopes, so anyone can go. Visitors can enjoy nature and shopping.
② Chari-Pic Trip East Route: Challenging course with elevation differences
Visitors can enjoy the spectacular view of Bishamonten Coast and Miyagawa Park, whose symbol is a windmill. There are many uphill and downhills and are recommended for those who are confident in their physical strength. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Sagami Bay from the nature-rich field paths and vantage points. You can also find and buy Miura vegetables in the fields.
* The Chari-Pic program is supported by the Kanagawa Prefecture Community Support Development Project.
* The Chari-Pic is an electrically power assisted bicycle with three gears, designed by the local Kanto Gakuin University students to make it easier to carry the outdoor equipments they need. The bicycle is equipped with a Chari-Pic set, which includes an alcohol stove, hot sandwich maker, and espresso machine, on the back of the bicycle.

It is possible to cook using the Mess tins (aluminum container) packed in the Chari-Pic set! How about a picnic in the middle of cycling?

Kit contents: Sea breeze dried veggies (dried radish) (20g), rice (150g, about 2 bowls), ginger powder (1g), salt (1.4g), granulated kelp broth (1.4g)

Kit contents: sea breeze dried veggies (20 g dried radish, 0.5 g garlic), rice (150 g, about 2 bowls), granulated consommé (3g), salt (0.7 g), pepper (0.7 g)
