Piroshki explained → Piroshki cooking and fermentation
You can try your hand at cooking piroshki, a kind of deli bread that is baked in an oven, as opposed to the more common method of frying in other parts of Japan.
After a brief explanation from the staff, you will prepare a palette of ingredients and spices. Mix it up with a spoon and make a few different blends of your choice.While fermenting, we'll take a stroll around the city, including stops at the churches!
We will take you to hidden gems that are not mentioned in guidebooks.
We'll provide explanations about the city over tea while it's baking.
