  • Piroshki explained → Piroshki cooking and fermentation

    You can try your hand at cooking piroshki, a kind of deli bread that is baked in an oven, as opposed to the more common method of frying in other parts of Japan.
    After a brief explanation from the staff, you will prepare a palette of ingredients and spices. Mix it up with a spoon and make a few different blends of your choice.

  • Dinner, chatting, and then enjoy the rest of your day.
