• Please note that the activity time may vary due to changes in the drying time of the fans depending on the weather.
• When making a reservation, please select your preferred activity location from (1) Uchiwa Kobo Take or (2) Marugame Uchiwa Museum. If you have no particular preference, please select "No preference." (Please note that your request may not be accommodated depending on availability.)
• After the experience, at (1) Uchiwa Kobo Take, you can freely explore the castle grounds. (Please note that there is an additional admission fee to enter the Marugame Castle keep.) At (2) Marugame Fan Museum, you can stroll through the Japanese garden of Nakatsu Banshoen. (An additional entrance fee applies.)
• When purchasing fans at (1) Uchiwa Kobo Take, please note that only cash payments are accepted. (The souvenir shop can accept other forms of payment.)
Cancellation Policy:
• The activity may be canceled for safety reasons due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other various circumstances. In such cases, WAmazing Play's Customer Support or the organizer will contact the emergency contact. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Estimated date/time of contact: the day before, after 2:00 PM)

• Communication during the experience will primarily be in Japanese. However, materials, video explanations and brochures are available in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

• Both (1) Uchiwa Kobo Take and (2) Marugame Uchiwa Museum have free parking.
