Activity
Visitors will experience farming and harvesting by entering fields where farmers are actually harvesting their crops.
In the fields where farmers are actually growing vegetables, you will harvest seasonal fresh vegetables while listening to the farmers' explanations.
Experience traditional Japanese home cooking using freshly harvested seasonal vegetables
Using the vegetables harvested from the fields, we will cook Japanese home-cooked meals together with the farmers. The dishes we prepare will be enjoyed by everyone as dinner.
Enjoy dinner and accommodation while communicating with farmers
Enjoy pleasant moments at the farm by sharing meals and engaging in various conversations with the farmers around the same table during dinner and breakfast.
Those who wish can also visit a nearby hot spring (for a fee) (*Please pay on-site on the day of the event)
Kyushu is a representative hot spring area in Japan. Near Tachiarai Town, there is also one of the largest hot spring facilities in northern Kyushu, where you can enjoy high-quality hot springs.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of traditional Japanese cultural experiences.
You can enjoy a combination of several activities, such as a tea ceremony and kimono experience.
Schedule
Meet-up at Tachiarai Fureai Center (check-in location) & check-in ceremony
Please present your My Page reservation screen at the reception desk. Meet up with the farmer at your accommodation for an introduction to Tachiarai Town. If you opt for the plan with pick-up service, we will meet at the south exit rotary of Nishitetsu-Ogori Station at 1:20 PM.
Take a ride to the farm stay location in the farmer's car and enjoy farming activities
Participants will split into each farmer's car at their respective accommodations and move to the farm stay house (maximum 2 people per facility).
Around 6:00 PM - Cooking experience and dinner using harvested vegetables
We will prepare meals alongside local farmers using freshly harvested vegetables. Following dinner, there will be free time. Transportation can be arranged, and there is also an option to visit a nearby hot spring facility (additional charges apply). Please settle payment on-site on the day of the visit.

11:00 AM - Check out at Tachiarai Fureai Center
Check-out is done at Fureai Center. During free time, you can also participate in cultural experiences such as tea ceremony and ikebana (flower arrangement).

Notes
• Up to 2-3 people can stay in one facility. If there are more than 4 people, they will be divided into multiple facilities. Even for 3 people, they may be divided depending on the facility.
• If you wish to be picked up from Nishitetsu-Ogori Station, please make a reservation for the option that includes pick-up service.
• Please note that pick-up service is unavailable for reservations of 5 or more people.
• Dinner will be served at around 6:00 PM and breakfast will be at 8:30 AM.
• Please check out from Fureai Center by 11:00 AM.
• If agricultural experience cannot be conducted due to weather conditions, it can be replaced with alternative indoor experiences (kimono experience, Kaku-uchi experience, tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, Japanese traditional dance *basic movements and hand techniques)
*No additional fee will be charged for the alternative experience if the agricultural experience cannot be conducted due to weather conditions.

• Kimono experience is available for individuals 160cm or taller. *For men, yukata (casual kimono) will be provided instead of a traditional kimono.
