Please arrive at the store by the reservation time and complete registration. Please present the My Page reservation screen at the reception.

Choose your preferred kimono, obi (Kimono sash), bag from the ones available in store.
Dressing up (*after dressing up, a hairstyling for female adults and children are available)
Start dressing up for your Kimono in the dressing room.
Tour
We hope you have a great time!
Return
Please return to the store by the final return time, change your clothes, and the tour is finished.

Warranty service

[Eligible for warranty] Repairable stains under 10 square centimeters (foundation, sweat stains, food spills, etc.)

[Not eligible for warranty] In cases of damage or loss, stains that are difficult to remove (ex., cigarette burns, grease, blood stains, etc.), if any smells have permeated the kimono (Please avoid excessive use of perfume or other odors, as they may permeate the kimono. *Covers accessories other than kimono, such as Nagajuban (kimono undergarment) and underwear.)
