• In the event of bad weather preventing departure, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made after reservation will incur a fee of JPY 30,000.

We base our decision on departure suspensions at Yumenoshima Marina.
Apart from the standard weather forecast, our initial assessment is based on the wind forecast.
While rain typically does not affect departures, strong winds may prevent us from sailing even in clear weather.
Ultimately, we prioritize the safety of our customers by checking for strong wind advisories, wave advisories, and lightning advisories.
